Acceptance
By downloading or playing Hollowcall ("the App"), developed by Vexloft, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Using the App
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the App on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App or its content.
In-app purchase
The first night and day of the story are free. One non-consumable purchase, the Full Version, unlocks the rest of the story and is yours permanently. You can restore it on your devices with "Restore purchases" in Settings. There are no subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Content
Hollowcall is a horror story with frightening scenes, death and loss. It is not meant for young children.
Intellectual property
All story, artwork, voices, music, characters, names and logos in the App belong to Vexloft or its licensors. Press may use the images and copy in our press kit for coverage of the App.
Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Vexloft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including loss of game progress.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
