Introduction

Hollowcall ("the App") is developed by Vexloft ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App and this website handle. By using the App you agree to this policy.

No personal information

Hollowcall has no accounts. It never asks for your name, email address or phone number, and does not collect your contacts, photos, location or any content from your device.

The App does not show ads, does not track you across apps and does not include analytics or advertising SDKs.

Your game progress (iCloud)

Your progress and settings are stored on your device and synced through your own iCloud account (iCloud key-value storage) so they follow you across your Apple devices. This data lives in your iCloud account; we cannot access it. Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your achievements are sent to Apple. Your Game Center identity is not sent to us.

In-app purchase and downloads

The purchase is processed entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details. After you unlock the full story, the remaining chapters are downloaded from Apple's servers through the App Store.

Website analytics

This website may count visits with Umami, running on our own server. It records the page opened, the referring site, country and device type. It does not use cookies and does not store your IP address. This applies to the website only, not the App.

Data retention and deletion

Deleting the App removes its data from your device. Data synced to iCloud can be removed in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, KVKK)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what data is processed about you and to request its deletion. Because we do not collect personal data, there is usually nothing for us to delete, but you can always contact us.

Children

Hollowcall is a horror game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
